Current Openings: Software Developer - Machine Learning
No. Of Positions: 2

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly scalable machine learning algorithms and machine learning software.
• Design and implement data mining involving large and complex data sets involving existing and future data.
• Quantitative Algorithms, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Internet Search, Search Engine Optimization, Hidden Markov Model.Contribute to product strategy and vision.
• Someone working on a masters or PhD with a focus in semantic web, search or machine learning technology who could help part time would also be considered.
• The right person would also be comfortable with front end and back end development.

Requirements:

• B.S. Computer Science. M.S. or Ph.D. a plus
• Expert knowledge developing and debugging in C#, Python or Java and MySQL.
• A minimum of 3 years of programming experience, excluding classroom assignments.

Desired:

• Experience with any of the following: Cloudera, Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, Cascading.
• Experience with Cloud Computing.
• Experience with Lucene, Solr, or Sphinx.
